Vortex Optics reserves the right to post only qualifying submissions. Qualifying submissions will be determined at the discretion of Vortex Optics staff. The guidelines for a qualifying photo entry are:
- One photo per submission.
- Photos must be tasteful without unduly grotesque subject matter.
- All submitted photos become the sole property of Vortex Optics and will be used at our discretion.
Vortex Optics will not sell or disclose personal information.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I give Vortex Optics my permission to use the image for advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging of any product. I agree that all rights to the images belong to Vortex Optics and that the image may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or modified.
