All Audubon® optics are warranted with a limited lifetime warranty to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. Any service or repair of Audubon Binoculars products is personally taken care of by our customer care and repair staff in Middleton, Wisconsin.

How to return product to Vortex Optics

Please complete this Vortex Optics Repair Form to let us know how we can help you, and include this information:

  • Your full name.
  • Your shipping address.
  • Your daytime telephone number or email address.
  • A description of what needs our attention.

All products must be mailed in a cardboard shipping carton. Product display boxes and padded envelopes do not protect optics during the shipping process. Please carefully package your product and send it to:

How Vortex Optics evaluates returned product

Upon receiving your package, a skilled optics technician at Vortex Optics will evaluate your product to:

  1. Determine what repair work is needed to restore your product.
  2. Verify what repair work is covered under warranty.

After this product evaluation, you will hear from our service representative before Vortex Optics applies any charges for a repair. Keep in mind that there is no charge for repairing any product that qualifies for the VIP warranty. Vortex Optics does, however, reserve the right to determine whether your product should be repaired or replaced with a product of similar value and/or specifications.
